Arts Photography is working to celebrate the cities fashion, Culture and Charm! We are looking for Male and female applicants of all ages, shapes and sizes! The final 10 will be announced and invited to take part in the Live Catwalk Final and if the 2008 event was anything to go by it will be a rousing success for 2009.   1. This competition is open to residents Of the Leeds area except employees of Arts Photography or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.
  2. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
  3. To enter the competition, entrants must not have modelled professionally before. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the written consent of their parent or guardian and bring this with them to the final if successful.
  4. It is not permitted to submit photographs of another person.
  5. Each Entrant must submit an application form alongside the images taken. The application forms will be available to print online during the competition period.
  6. Entries that are found to contravene these terms and conditions shall be null and void, regardless of the stage of the competition. In the event of a short-listed or the winning entry being declared null and void, the judges shall select an alternative entry.
  7. All entries shall be judged by a panel of judges who shall select a short-list of up to 10 applicants. One shall be announced the winner. The judges' decision shall be final.
  8. The short-listed entrants shall be notified by E-mail and telephone call.
  9. Finalists will be invited to attend the Finale. The winner will be announced after catwalk show and judging. The winning entrant will be offered a modelling contract. Prize details available at www.lntm.co.uk
  10. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees that the promoter shall have the right to publish the entrant's photographs in any of its publications and in any media now known or hereinafter invented, including in its leafleting and on its website.
  11. The prizes as described are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.
  12. The winner shall be required to participate in publicity.
  13. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition. The entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
  14. Arts Photography is responsible for the rights of the competition and the provision of the prize.
